Thanks, I'll look for it. It is, no doubt, nice most of the time (although it starts clogging up your hard drive), but a royal pain when trying to fix a truly screwed up text.

It's in Preferences > Tweaks (image attached).

I only keep original files in Calibre when the format is PDF; everything else gets deleted.
