I sent a sample book... Note that the problem only manifests itself when you open the book. If you try to adjust font size or line spacing, it fixes itself. (until you go back to home back then open the book again.)

We're looking at it and we didn't see the issue even when opening the book. We're trying different font sizing and settings etc.

Maybe the 1/2 line error is an issue with the Calibre Kobo driver because of the new firmware. Maybe try using Kobo Desktop and see if the 1/2 missing line still happens.

We always do a controlled rollout instead of a mass upgrade to our entire user base. We hope to be at full upgrades for everyone sometime today or tomorrow.

Hey guys,

We were able to reproduce the issue with the ePub cutoff lines, which happens with some combinations of font size / line-spacing / margins depending on the book.

The workaround if you see this issue is to change anything in the reading settings and the problem should go away.

We have another quick update coming very soon with some more fixes and we are planning to roll this fix into it with the others.

If at possible, please DO give it a new release number; I still remember the WiFi where we had multiple releases of the 1.9 firmware with the same release number but different compile dates...

Strange, I updated to 1.9.10 and the book I currently read does not show up anymore on the Home page. I then opened the book again, I read few pages, pressed the Home button and still not there among the last 5 most active books! I have to tap on Libray and manually find my current book. Somebody else has this strange behavior?

If you open up the other books on your homepage, and then open this book again, does the problem go away?

No. I must say though that right after I installed the firmware and about 10 books, the behavior was fine. Only after I use the reader for some time that this situation changed. Next to your suggestion, I tried to open a book which is not on the Home page and after I hit Home again, the book does not show up.

Can you check your date and time settings and confirm they are correct? Could also be part of the problem.
