My conversion came out at 110 Mb. Copying to SD card now then will try it in my Aluratek. I don't have any of the big-name ereaders.

I knew some of the files were huge and figured I may have to either read-on-computer or split them up into smaller chunks for the reader.

Ok, so indexing on the Aluratek must be minimal 'cause it only took a second or two. The epub version opened alright, although it took about 15-20 seconds. Page turns for images is slower but okay in text only sections. The Aluratek doesn't support links so I don't know if they'd work or not. The mobi file wouldn't open, I got a 'File too big' error.

For those interested in these books they just came out with one for William Shakespeare. There are also a few more in the Ancient Classics section that came out just after this discussion was last active.
