Hi.
Finally, my device is charging up to 98%. Previously, one night was not enough to charge at 50%. My problem was that I'm in France and I was using an AC Adaptator that changed 220v to 110v, only because it is the only thing I have to adapt the edge charger socket. I bought a socket adaptator that is not an ac adaptator so the charger get 220v and not 110. And now, it is charging correctly. I mesured the voltage that enter in the edge : in both case, it is 12.2v. Maybe it was the intensity that changed. anyway, it works now ![]() Thanks. Mike |

Glad it's working. I think most laptop power cables (and anything with a "brick" in the power cable) are designed to convert to the necessary voltage so that all you should ever use is just an adapter to get the correct pins, not a voltage converter. That's the general rule of thumb we use when traveling. We do travel with a voltage converter, but only use it for something like our coffee grinder that has just a regular power cord.
