They makes Vancouver a not nice place to live. Doesn't say much for it as a vacation spot as well.

Vancouver is a great place to visit or live as long as the Canucks haven't made it to the seventh game of the finals... and that only happens every twenty years...

The people who started that riot came there to riot, Mob mentality sets in and things get out of hand. Still the people who took part are idiots.

Vancouver on the whole is a chill and safe place. It's the random 17 and 16 year olds with too much alcohol and random jerks bringing trucks they fully intended to burn who are to blame for the fiasco. They're a tiny tiny tiny minority. Many even turned themselves in the next day. Who said Canadians weren't nice? Even when they're jerks and burn cars, they walk into the police station the next day. I love my city, and I love my country.
