I took the survey and am also interested in the results. One thing I would have added for the reader device question is an option for an app as many people read on the computer or other device as well as a dedicated reader. The Kindle is a prime example of that.

Yes. I read on my computer for years before getting a dedicated reading device.

As for the date of purchase of my first ebook reader, it is most likely correct - the device was really a life changer, hence my remembering the date. My book numbers (how many bought, read, etc.) are all ballpark figures.

I wore sunglasses and a fake mustache while I filled it out so you couldn't tell who I was. You can't be too careful these days; I know all too well the mighty hacking powers of social science majors. I can't have the whole world knowing that I'm caucasion.

Pretty good--I'm betting when you pull your data you will wish that you had made "other" as a choice in the list and then had room for an explanation below the list. You are going to have to get jiggy with your math when the "other" totals don't show up in your graphs/analysis for a question.
