May he rest peacefully. There was one volume of Harvard Classics that according to the list here https://wiki.mobileread.com/wiki/Harv..._at_MobileRead wasn't uploaded. I believe (from what I remember of a post a long while back) that RWood meant to convert the last one as well (Vol. 50), and I had found a raw epub over at Internet Archive and have created a Mobi file (which I have just uploaded) to fill in the last book. Sort of like a tribute to RWood if you like.

I knew of his illness but hoped he would recover sufficiently to return.

Like cassidym, I met Wood and his wife Janet at one of our Northern Virginia meet-ups. They were and are lovely people and such fun to talk with. Wood was a gently and, at times, humorous voice here at MR and I will sorely miss him.

My thoughts and prayers are with Janet and her family.

Wood, may God hold you in the palm of his hand.

Good Master Rwood was such a nice guy and such a hard worker (I can't believe the efforts he went to create ebooks here by typing them all up manually). He was always so respectful and made such a good moderator here. And he had a fine wit and both told and appreciated a good joke. And he appreciated a good doughnut, too. Another major pillar is gone. This news makes me very sad and I feel terrible for his family and his close friends.
