Trying to be funny? Nothing to read here citizen, move along.

Is not private data the impetus of official data creation?

We're going to get first sale rights for ebooks and possibly all digital goods. I've already seen it.

I am wondering if another thread of a similar nature is required.

"An eBook PURCHASER’S Bill of Rights"

After all we are still being told we are purchasing some of these books rather than just USING them. When I borrow from the library, I accept that I am using but when I one-click on Amazon, I believe I am purchasing.

Me: yeah, what the article says.

Seller: you have the right not to buy our books. If you give up that right, read and agree to our 1000 word End User License Agreement.

Me: you suck!

Seller: me rich!
