I love all the names you gave to your pets! Especially 'Slut' and 'Brat' . That's always the hard part for me, coming up with a fun name.

Right now I only have a cat: Sushi. But he gets called Sushimon, Sushimonster or fatty on a regular basis. I used to have hamsters and when I was really little my parents had rabbits as well.

Enkidu and spellbanisher: O.o

Current pets:
Zoltan (stripedy hellion cat)
Worm (grouch cat, currently lives with the maternal unit)
Geki (leopard gecko, give me a break on the name I was a kid)

Dearly missed pets:
Blackie (Labrador retriever)
Shiloh (ambiguous curly-tailed mutt dog)
Pinky and Spot (gerbils), Honey, Bear-bear, and Peanut (hamsters), May (Guinea pig), Bluebell, Snowflake, Lily, Mayflower, and Blossom (parakeets), Emerald and Golddust (frogs). I've also had assorted other fish, frogs, and temporary turtles and toads. There has been very little time when I have not had at least a couple of pets.

One of these days I will plan to keep a couple of snakes, and we'll be getting a dog hopefully sooner rather than later. I would love to have a couple of pygmy goats, and a skunk if I move to a state where it's legal. When I can get back into wildlife rehab I expect to have temporary critters, but those aren't exactly pets.

they actually started out with different names; Slut was Kokopelli, and Brat was Ma-Li (one of the Navajo names for the coyote trickster figure in myth)

Actually, when I married my wife, she was an alien. She is from Scotland and was not yet a lawful permanent resident. In layman's terms, no green card yet.

As for my 650, when I bought it, I had the choice of the black one or the red one. Silver was not a choice.
