@ripplinger

Give it a go. Boroda's current process is painless, if you remember to run as administrator. The added long-press feature is also handy -- I've got access to search, history, and TOC at the long-press of a button.

@JR

Don't quite know if I'm "suggesting" the Arial, just saying I prefer it and why -- YMMV.

As for the "base size", whether you load a property in the device's CSS or the book's CSS, it only changes the scope of where it applies. You can copy all or part of the body selector I posted before into your book's CSS and it should work in that book as if you'd loaded it into the default.

When you're done, you should have something like the first attached screen shot (thanks for the reminder ripplinger -- I forgot I could do that). For the second screen shot I pulled out an alternative CSS with the regular fonts loaded in the B/I combos:

1. Arial MT Rounded Bold
2. Lexia DaMa
3. Charis SIL
4. Droid Serif

I guess I'm not really explaining myself at this point, so, it's probably best to just go with what I have, which I'm actually pretty happy with, so don't worry about it. Lexia DaMa it is for me. It's a significat upgrade over the default Sony font and for my eyes at least, better than every other font I've tried, including Charis and Droid, although I have not yet tried the Arial MT Rounded Bold.

JR,

Curios, I'm feeling the same.

Ah well, DaMa isn't too bad. When you get the time to fiddle and learn, it'll be there waiting -- after all reading is all about learning.

DaMa is actually better (much better) than "not too bad." Can't compare it to Arial on the e-reader itself, but, it's significantly better than anything else I've tested on there.

Dan, I'm guessing you don't use Calibre to convert very often, do you? If you did, you probably would know about the "Base Font Size" that I've referred to over and over again in this thread, in there, which would have alleviated some of the confusion.

Just tried the Arial MT Rounded Bold, and, I will stick with DaMa. To me, it's easier on the eyes, and is a Serif font, which is normally preferable when reading for long periods of time.

Still can't find a font that is better (in my opinion) than the Lexia DaMa.

Any chance you can post your DaMa font and css file ?
Would love to give it a go ( i have PRS+ software on my Sony PRS 600 ).
Thanks

Also do you know how to make the font bold instead of the normal font ?
