Heh, yeah, I mentioned that in one of the other threads. Apparently, the search was fixed for a brief while before becoming unfixed and more. Now lots of the Pratchett books are totally gone, even when you go directly to the author's page.

I wonder if I can get Sony to hire me on contract for a couple weeks to fix their crap.

So are you going to contact Sony again?

I have contacted them today morning.
That was immediately before the news about the Connect store being "phased out".
I think the few people at CONNECT team that are not reassigned or fired have other problems at the moment ;-)

I hope they have the staff to fix this mess with the Connect ebook store. I would hope that Sony would assign the best people to be on the team.

Already done. Awaiting a response.

Since the Connect division is in upheaval right now, I'm giving them a few days to get their stuff together before I /really/ get mad.

Getting Things Done by David Allen?

Can anybody find "Getting Things Done" by David Allen?

Connect definitely had this book at some point, because numerous reviews (and posts in this forum) mentioned it. However now it seems to be gone, or is it? I can find his other book if I enter "David Allen" as a keyword (NOT as an Author), but not this book.

Can anybody else confirm?

I have a sony ebook reader on the way and decided to check out the connect store. The store is next to impossible to use. You can do a searches based on author, ect but I can't sort the categories by anything other than the default "Best Match". It be real nice to be able to sort based on author.
After reading this post, I am not sure if my straight searches are even accurate.
I figured maybe I was the only one having problems but I guess not.

Apologies is this query is in the wrong thread, but:

I am expecting a Reader soon--thanks to this forum and the heads-up about the stupendous Rewards Credit Card deal--and had been foraging through the Connect Store website. Verily, it doth suck.

Is the site sophisticated to have a wishlist function anywhere? If so, is it hidden on the site, or is such a function bundled in the Connect Software?

Again, I'm being lazy about searching the threads, but thank for any advise/information you can offer

No wish list that I have ever found. You can download the connect software before you install the reader if you want and mess around with it.
