So, then, since this is apparently all about MobiPocket Readers, rather than Kindle, the simple answer is just to change the title attribute to "Start Reading" to satisfy Crutledge's desire to have it say "Start Reading" as opposed to saying (in MB Readers, not Kindle/Kindle devices) nothing, and just opening to the relevant page.
