I've noted--although neither tracked not jotted down--enough differences that I use a slightly different process when making them. I don't usually make PRC's any longer, except when it is specifically requested, so I'll defer to your superior knowledge on the topic...although in this instance, I think it's rendered moot because when a PRC is crafted via MobiPocket, the "start reading" visible text is applied via the Guide menu (as opposed to text), so people probably think about what they're naming it...whereas with MOBI it's genned from what's available in the OPF, again, assuming the Mobi is created via KindleGen, (and I'm leaving Calibre out of the discussion for obvious reasons).

So, then, since this is apparently all about MobiPocket Readers, rather than Kindle, the simple answer is just to change the title attribute to "Start Reading" to satisfy Crutledge's desire to have it say "Start Reading" as opposed to saying (in MB Readers, not Kindle/Kindle devices) nothing, and just opening to the relevant page. Right?
