New Oberon cover for my Nook Color - Page 3

Those Nook Color decals are the best! I ordered two myself.

I'm also a little jealous of the Oberon cover. I see that it has pockets. My uninspiring (but still lovely) cover purchased at B&N has no pockets. But they sure would be handy.

I've seen the photos of your NC decal in the "post your screen" thread, Girl Read Write. Your NC certainly has personality, even if the B&N cover is uninspiring!

I just applied a decal to my Sony 950 last week. I'm really happy with it. Now I need to choose one for my NC. With the Oberon covers and the decals, it's great to have my ereaders customized to suit me!

The one hubby got for my nook has pockets, they do come in handy. I keep a little glass-cleaning shammy in it to keep my screen polished and free of schmegma.

Oberon makes covers for the Nook e-ink. And, DecalGirl makes skins for the Nook e-ink too. The possibilities for customization are practically limitless! I had the problem that there were too many choices which made my decision difficult.

Try this link. They make all kinds of beautiful products. Great quality! I had read posts on MobileRead of people raving about them. Then I saw their journals in a hotel gift shop, and I knew I just had to have a cover for my ereader too!

My hubby took the hint and got me the cover. He tried to hold onto it until Tuesday, but it was delivered today and I saw the box; and hubby is not good at keeping secrets. So I now have a beautiful Tree of Life cover... I LOVE oak trees! Thanks so much! Squee!

To renew an older thread - those of you who have the red covers - is the red on the orange side or a true red - I love the red dragon, but am not sure I want to take the chance of it looking (or turning) more orange than red.

It is a true red. I have the Red Sky Dragon for my K1 and the Red Cloud Dragon Sleeve for my K3.

For those who are looking, the sleeves are available now. They look gorgeous and work quite nicely. They have the sleeve in two sizes. The Nook Classic and Nook Color use the Large Sleeve. They are priced at $60.

Thanks! I didn't care for the bulk of the cover, but I'll order the sleeve. Very nice.
