You will love the Amazon cover. No reboot issues that I know of. My hubby can whip out the light whenever he needs to. It is so handy and nice not to have to try and clip on a 3rd party light which tends to fall off and make the Kindle top heavy. I know, that's what I had when I had my K2.

Stick with the WiFi and 3g - I admit I mostly use the WiFi, but the odd time I am out and use the 3g I am sooooooo glad I have it. Came in very handy in Yellowknife, and I even sometimes download a Toronto newsapaper when I am away camping and want to catch up on news at home [or check my email = but I try not to on holiday!!]
