Understood. And for the price of the 950, I could get the K3 (wifi) AND the Nook... which eliminates the DRM issue. (as long as I don't try to mix formats on the devices)

LOL Yup.

I also need to be more careful with my 3G/WiFi distinction. I do not have a device that uses WiFi and I tend to use them interchageably and I shouldn't. I wouldn't buy a device that did not have at least WiFi. My primary device, ie the one I would be travelling with, should have 3G just in case I run into an area that did not have WiFi.
