I hold it with one hand like in the picture, but the bottom is usually resting on my belly. I mostly read in bed.

That any more normal looking? Or do I need
The backs of your fingers are very very talented.

In fact, I think you have earned the coveted Dexterous Digit award.

How one holds one's Kindle is a personal preference and I am sure it is protected in the Constitution! As long as it is comfortable for you, I wouldn't worry about being weird or abnormal - who the heck is critiquing it, anyway? (Of course, now that you have "published" your pictures on the internet for all to see..... )

Their attempting to pronounce "Sequim" should be enough to drive them crazy. I love the east-coast newscaster version of "Spokane" as a rhyme with "Spain."

Right now I rest it on a pillow and my pregnant belly. Works just fine. My Hubby has been asking what I am going to do after the baby comes since the belly has become a convienent e-reader, IPad holder.

There is no one way for me.

I go through about 100 different adjustments, hand switches, tilts, double-fisters etc. during each reading session.

I'm just patiently waiting for telekinesis helmets to be invented.
