Yay! I've been wanting this too! This will help prevent me from reentering threads that I've already visited but didn't want to participate in -- sometimes I forget what they are about when the subject line is cryptic.

Just wishing a wish.

If I am on any page, other than page one, and I enter a thread to make a comment. It would be nice to do so and return to the page I was on. Nothing worse than going into a thread on page 4, and ending back on page 1!

Yes, I know I could use the 'back' button on the browser, but this stupid brain of mine then can't remember which thread it was I went into 'cos the forum software doesn't recognise that I've posted in the thread until I refresh it.

Still, it's just a wish .....

Perhaps I need to change my memory-enhancing medication, that could be easier

I just discovered something kind of, well, cool!

I was on this board https://www.mobileread.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=226 and clicked on this post https://www.mobileread.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=102970 and before I did, I used my very cool, super-hover powers... and, in hovermode, I saw a totally different post than what I saw when I clicked on it. I'm guessing I saw the post the way it was before it was edited. Do they all do that? Or is this one just a glitch?

The hover text is a cached version of the post. It's likely that you just encountered a situation where someone edited his or her post and the cache wasn't updated yet.
