Oh wow. I NEVER thought to do this. Thanks!
NOW all I need is a remote control so I don't have to touch the reader when I turn pages.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who wants a remote control. Come on Sony give us a remote page button.

I envy you guys. You can read anything on reader's screen on a distance that is longer than your hands??? You have a telescope instead of eyes

True, but I don't usually have trouble eating one-handed.

I have an idea for Sony.

Since many people would like a remote, if they ever make one, it should be very small and there should be a way to mount it anywhere on the reader. This way controls would be totally customizable. It could be done with a bluetooth card inserted in the SD/MS slot. Oh! and make it jaw operable for movement impaired people, they need eink too!

Five weeks, 10,000 miles, 3 countries, 6 hotels, 4 boat rides, 6 airplane flights, 5 helicopter flights, 7 offshore installations visited, 1 Sony Reader and 6 books read so far.
The Good:
-Don't have to carry paper books.
-I sometimes find my self reaching up to the right hand corner of my Reader to turn the page.
-I can download English language Ebooks in countries where English language paper books are not readily available.
-Battery life and the ease of charging by USB or wall plug (110 to 240 Volt).
-The "Cool Factor"
-I can RTF my work files to the Reader and pretend I am working when I'm actually enjoying a good read.
-As a Best Seller / Popular Fiction reader type person, Connect has plenty of book choice.
-It works

The Bad:
-You lose, leave, drop, damage or forget a paper book and your not happy. You lose, leave, drop, damage or forget a Sony Reader and life as we know it is over.

Nuff said - 100% neat gadget that does what it says it does and does it very nicely.

Well, my ubook reader will scroll or flip the pages for you automatically and a friend of mine has one that will read to him in bed.

So see? Laziness has no limit!

(Actually, I'm for the remote page control also. Those blasted buttons are badly placed and sized for my paws. A nice remote would magically change the reader into a model suitable for left- or right-handed readers.)
