I love all of the badger books! I also giggle over the antics.

My spouse loves most of Shelly Laurenston's books under her name and G. A. Aiken. She also laughs while reading the Honey Badger series. OTOH, I tried reading several of them and cold pancakes and no honey was my reaction.

I love her books under G. A. Aiken her Dragon Kin series is also hysterical! Whenever I feel gloomy, I just have to pick up one of her books and I'm happy in no time!

Now the first three books in Julia Huni's six-book follow-on to her "Space Janitor" series, called accurately, but not super-imaginatively, "Tales of a Former Space Janitor", are either free or $0.99/£0.99. These are all KU right now too, but books do fall out of KU sometimes, so I grab if they are free, and even sometimes at the $0.99/£0.99 price too, if I've liked them a lot.

The Rings of Grissom, #1, free

I totally agree with the Aiken/Dragon Kin thing - I too find those fun and funny. But I also have never managed to get into the Badger or other series. I may have to try again, because I keep seeing how (almost) the entire rest of the world loves them, but as of now, not I...

A few months ago, Ilona (Ilona herself, not the duo) Andrews recommended Tears of the Wolf from Elisabeth Wheatley on the IA blog. I picked it up from one of the two or three libraries I have cards with, and liked it a lot, and then drifted off into Wheatley's Daindreth's Assassin series, which has more books in it, and is complete, or at least sure seems to be complete. (Authors can always change their minds ) I binge-read them all.

Now both Tears of the Wolf, and the first Daindreth's Assassin book, titled, well, Daindreth's Assassin, are £0.99 at Kindle UK, although sadly not at Kobo UK.

Tears of the Wolf
Kindle UK: https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0DY2YVXMZ
Kobo UK (for price-check or match): https://www.kobo.com/gb/en/ebook/tears-of-the-wolf-1

Daindreth's Assassin
Kindle UK: https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B08XPVMB3B
Kobo UK (for price-check or match): https://www.kobo.com/gb/en/ebook/daindreth-s-assassin

And I also noticed, while looking at these, that the sequel to Tears of the Wolf is out now too (Oath of the Wolf), so I'll have to go looking at the library again...

Same for me, her books are a sure bet if I don't know what to read.
