I also can't open Edit Goal or Statistics, presumably this is from trying and failing to autobackup.

EDIT: Setting autobackup to 0 days fixed it.

Oops. I forgot to convert the old setting to the new format.
I'll release a fix in a few minutes.

Also, an enhancement request if feasible: The option to use a rereading colour without having a separate rereading shelf.

Ok, test this version. Now you have four different settings to control rereadings.
Note that some options are mutually exclusive.

Feature request: Would it be feasible to show the time along with the date in Edit Reading Goal? Ideally an option in the config, or perhaps alternately a tooltip when hovering over the entry.

What do you think would be best: the whole date/time or just the time when hovering it?

To tell the difference, I made the two options available for now: if you hover the main date you will see the whole date/time; book records are showing only the time.

Personally, I think the full datetime looks slightly better.
