I read that inspirational freebie from years ago called Before The Season Ends. I then got the other two in the series from the library. I actually read something from my Kindle Library.

I also read Seduction by Amanda Quick, Gentle Warrior and Rebellious Desire by Julie Garwood.

I bought a few books.
Tru Blue by Melissa Foster, Three Harlequins by Vickie Taylor. They are SIMs.

I am reading Lady Notorious by Jo Beverley.

I have some news. Sweetpea got very sick two days ago. She went downhill so fast. Again no vet would help. I called all over, turned to social media nothing. She couldn't keep anything down. She stopped eating and drinking. Her jaw started making weird noise like she was chewing gravel.

Last night I about lost her. She just went limp, cold and flat. Horrible thing to witness. Hubby's Powerade saved her life. His idea. She's now eating and drinking after two days of force feeding her. She can't chew anything hard yet. She doesn't have the strength but she's with a foster family though who can help her. She's already established she's queen of her new castle. She's walking and exploring it. She still needs help with the litter box but she's come a long way since last night.

So for the first time in 15 years I'm catless....It feels so strange.

Hope she continues to get better. It's very strange no veterinarian would help.

Is there something in the apartment that's making her ill? I hope you're able to figure it out.

We believe so. She went down hill so quickly. We think the previous tenant might have left poison or maybe had plants that got in the carpet by the back door where they love to sun.

It's this area. There are no good compassionate vets and they are sky high. No money, no help. I know other pet owners who are shocked by what they charge. I talk to rescue groups, local vets, animal hospitals. Nothing.

I am in the process of adding books to my Kindle. But before I add I make sure all books have the metadata and other stuff in Calibre. Well I just found at that Annette Blair or maybe her publisher unpublished her Works Like Magick series. Makes me wonder why.

Anyone have any information about this. I see the series on her website but I could not find any info.

If there was an ebook version that Penguin had out and it was pulled this usually means the author is getting the rights back so she can do whatever with.
