Hi, thanks for the backup sd. The ereader starts well but when it connects to the internet or does it through the PC, it updates the version and always gives problems (frozen).

Is there any way to avoid the initial update?

The simplest way is to do the setup through the PC and Kobo desktop application. After it downloads the updated firmware and before you eject, remove the update files from the device.

But, when it is freezing? The newer firmware is working fine for lots of other people with the original Aura H2O. I was using mine last night to test some things. A lot of hangs on older devices are due to the SD card failing. Replace that and you have a "new" device. And you can put a larger card in if you want.

Correct.

As you said, the problem is micro SD. I have changed and it work perfectly.

Im going to get a backup with last update kobo-update-4.19.14123. But the problem was SD card.
