The image is available but you will need to have Private Messages enabled before you can be sent the link. If you don't see that option in the "Edit Options" of the User control panel, you should post in the Requests to enable Private Messages thread to ask for PMs to be enabled.

Once PMs are enabled, please re-post in this thread to let me know.

And also, since i saw you are very skilled. I would like to know if the image file is what i need: i will explain the issue with my Kobo.
The screen is totally white, and i read about some similar problems here on the blog. Once i push the power button comes a red light but, after two black flashes on the screen, it turns back white. I tried to full charge the battery, to reset the device with the reset button but nothing works.

Once i opened it and inserted the sd card on the pc i noticed that no file exist in there, not even the system ones.

I found online the last firmware for Glo HD, but since no files and no folders exist in the sd card, the firmare zip alone is useless and i should write the image file in it with the Duplicator Image Writer, right?

Sorry for the lenght of the post but i'm hopeless!!
