In order to qualify for any of these promo memberships, you need to be in a non-paid "not enrolled" status. As long as you have a full or light membership, you'll never qualify. So you'll either need to cancel your light plan or let it lapse. Even then, there's no guarantee that you'll qualify for any of the current offers.
