LOL!! KK, you and I may disagree on some things, but the vast superiority of farm fresh eggs will never be one of them! Windsweep Farm (my egg source) has been just fantastic. I can't wait to see what they come up with in the summer in the fresh veggies area.

maybe start the bread out ahead of time? I've been playing around with trying to get the perfect poached egg, starting the whites and adding the yolks after they just begin to firm up helps. still working on perfecting it ;o)
