I will be able IM you........and FIND you with my handy dany GPS or whatever its called.

I could play games on a decent size screen.......Words With Friends, anything!

I could find restaurants, addresses, (if I ever went anywhere)

In all seriousness, there are times I wish I had the nerve to cut all technology out.

Tv, phone (land also!), even the computer and IPad......I"m old enough to remember those days......well, we had one phone, but it rarely rang.........and God forbid it would ring during dinner time.

Peaceful life, that was......but the genie is out of the box and there is no going back........

I have a Motorola TracFone that rarely gets used and the minutes keep piling up. I have over 2000 now thanks to rollovers.

DG I remember those days too. I was raised in a very small logging town and I can remember our ring was two longs and a short. We didn't have indoor plumbing and had a well for water but we did have that crazy phone.

I don't know if I qualify for a luddite or not. Yes, my phone only does talk and text, but it is also my wristwatch -- so most of my "geeky" friends are jealous!

I have a tablet for, you know, tablet stuff, like email, web browsing, etc...
