I resteep mine everyday. Sometimes I put in one fresh scoop (my tea pot takes three) but for the most part I don't.

How is your Rooibos experiment going? I know that there were some you did not like but what are your overall impressions?

I thought you can resteep only green tea and maybe oolong and white. Never heard about rooibos though.
I like rooibos. It might happen that I will backtrack to standard rooibos without any additional flavours. We will see.
I discovered some new teas that slightly overshadow rooibos. Pue-eh and Mate.

Anyway, tap water atm.

You can resteep all teas. The only reason not to is that you do not like the flavor from the second batch. I know some folks who resteep three times.
