I'm setting up my new iPod Touch as a portable music and streaming center. I've set up the basics and now it's copying my music library from my notebook, almost 5000 songs. Tomorrow I'll download the less important apps.

Whilst waiting I'm going to make a big mug of tea and try to finish my current book.

Checked mail, dealt with mail, doing laundry, dishes into soak, the dog wanted to go on a dumpster run. Silly mutt pointed out everything that needed to go out including 2 Styrofoam pieces. He actually went with me to the dumpster. He hasn't done that in a long time.

This morning I refilled my tea tins and I just made an order for my favourite Amsterdam tea store. I've ordered some old time favourites and was allowed to order two new flavours to try out.

With less than two weeks to go until my vacation it's also time to start making lists. I've gotten all the big things I need over the last couple of weeks. Now only the food stuff is left to get.

Trying to want to get out of bed, when the temperature reads -10F, nevermind what the wind chill may subtract from that. That's -23C. That was actually 7 hours ago, but the reading was at 8:30, when the sun had already been up for a few hours, warming us up from the lowest temp of the day.

Preparing to take my car for a minor electrical
repair which is theoretically simple, but beyond
my capabilities! (mainly because it requires two
specialist tools that I do not own!)
