Drinking tap water right now. In a few minutes I'm off to a Korean tofu house for some soup, though. I've got a sore throat today and the thought of that nice warm soup sounds perfect.

I am back from a short holiday in Bath.
I have had all sort of stuff in my cup(s) over the last 4 days. Hot chocolate, steamed milk with hazelnut, steamed milk with coconut, Laphroaig Tripplewood (from my hip flask), Aberlour 10 (tastes like a water after Laphroaig), Glenfidich 12 and my better 2/3s acquired a taste for

All of these is nothing in comparison with what followed. We found a tea shop in the city of Bath. WOW!
Mate, Pu-erh....a totally new world for both of us. They also have a cosy tea room downstairs where we tasted a couple of pots. We are newly converted and totally hooked.

Umpteenth cuppa today and it is Pu-erh.

It is.
I come out of class soaking wet despite the cooler fall temperatures. Fortunately there is a vending machine that sells cold oolong tea. I pound down at least two liters during the class.

There are three different license tests in Japan; 125-400cc, 400-750cc, and 750+cc.
Any bike over 750cc engine size. My bike is an 1100cc V-star cruiser.

I have a tea bottle holder mounted on the handlebar.

Actually, two cuppas, one for me another for her.
Rooibos orange organic? and rooibos blood orange side by side for testing.
Blood orange is more appealing because it is less orangy, no dried orange bits in it.

No, in fact I spent a good bit of time investigating those rides.
Some very nice equipment. Nice frames, good looking accessories, and comfortable saddles.
In my youth I could ride for many hours every day. Now me old bones just don't do what I wish they could do.
But it's not for lack of trying.

If you liked the steamed milk with hazelnut, and it wasn't a Paul you tried it in, try it in Paul ( good grief, where's Slite when you need him? Mind you, given your comments about big bikes... ). Their hot choccie is very nice, too. As are all of their pastries that I've tried

I cry for happy! I discovered another vending machine at the riding school that sells...
JAVA Tea!!! This is a very, very strong black tea that I have difficulty finding in most convenience stores or supermarkets. I really love the stuff!
