*not a doctor, here, so can't say if everyday's use might be fine for anyone; too I'm used to:
Domestic Fair Trade 100% upland arabic cofee on 2 eggs (organic) beaten within a coup of brown sugar (no secondary references) and a teaspoon on cocoa powder (yes, organic too despite the 90 cents it cost more the packet, it lasts one month). Before pouring the coffee I add one spoon of "nocciolata"

Relaxing after walk with a cup of Kirkland Pacific Bold coffee. Yes, my French press makes better coffee but dropping a pod in the coffee maker and pressing a couple of buttons and walking away is convenient.

And no, I don't beat raw eggs into it. Local chickens are not vaccinated against salmonella so the risk of salmonella is higher than in Europe. I am not that fond of raw eggs that I am willing to take the chances though I will occasionally have tamago kake gohan (卵かけご飯) for which I pasteurize the eggs. (sous vide at 57°C (135°F) for 75 minutes).

Friday Night. Pizza and Single Malt Night. Tonight’s single malt is Burns Bog, a British Columbia single malt that uses BC barley that is smoked over sustainable harvested peat from Burns Bog in BC. Nicely peaty, notes of chocolate in the mouth, and a long finish. Really quite a respectable whisky.
