Proud Source sparkling spring water (which actually seems to be mineral water). Not bad, but I still prefer the bubbles and flavor of Topo Chico.

"Lightly carbonated" on a label seems to mean "probably not carbonated enough for Doug".

I add the minerals too, based on a spreadsheet I found on the web put together by Martin Lersch. Choose your preferred mineral water, input your local water mineral content (easy since I build on top of RO water), and it will tell you how much of which minerals to add. Most of the minerals are likely available from a u-brew store, or I get mine off of Amazon. Measure and mix them, and then use 1/8th teaspoon per litre bottle. YMWMV, of course.

BTW, if you do decide to go the route of making your own, you'll fairly quickly want to look into local CO2 providers and paintball cylinders. All it takes is an adapter.
