Actually it is a "Limited Edition" Premium version at $84.99. Yikes! I'm sure it is very nice, however.

So I'm waiting for another refund now. I'm not buying another Warrenty for the Fire.

So the upshot is I need two refunds totally £55 and no one has any idea how I'll get them. I've spent about 8 hours on the phone in total since yesterday morning with both Square Trade and Amazon and even ST have had enough of the Amazon team.

I'll never buy another Square Trade Warrenty again, I know that much. Any future devices I buy will come from a retailer like John Lewis who offer a longer Warrenty. I've had it with Amazon.

You could contact your credit card company and get them to remove the charges.

I agree. Tell Amazon, in writing, that you'll contest the charge with your credit card company unless they resolve the matter within a reasonable period of time - eg 48h. That should get some action.

I'm waiting for a call back later today from someone in the Amazon Square Trade's debt. I'm also ringing Square Trade direct via the UK website's number as they are a separate area. I'll mention to my husband about the credit card charges but we both work for the bank and it's not as simple as it sounds, in the UK chargeback is only used under specific circumstances and I don't think our situation qualifies.

I'm just so angry right now. Both polices were bought through Amazon correctly, so I don't understand A) what happened to the Voyage policy and B) how they could allow me to buy a HD6 policy that doesn't cover my purchase price. My Fire was listed as the eligible device.

I've always had square trade policies for my Kindls in the past, but no more.
