I'm not too sure about that. The line in sec. 2 about "to promote the adoption and observance of uniform time within the standard time zones" would seem to prohibit a state within the Pacific Standard Time zone from going on Mountain Standard Time without having the act amended to permit that.

Well done! I'm guessing, given several large clues, that ABC is your equivalent to BC Liquor. I recommend a glass of something really lovely and suitably celebratory. Maybe a bit of Pol Roger, or Charles Heidsieck?

Sadly, the only sparkle I get these days is my faux San Pellegrino.

Strongbow Rosé cider. Though I have to wonder about the copywriters who state that it has a delicious fruity undertone. It's made from apples so what did they expect from the flavour?
