Since this is the best of all possible worlds, a world with free ice cream for all that doesn't result in the extinction of humanity isn't really possible, although you might be able to imagine that it is.

I learned biscuit is British and cookie is the same in American English. If I could, I would ask what a biscuit is in American English.
