FWIW, it looks like most of the Baen titles have really aggressive Audible WhisperSync prices. I noticed that all the RCN/Lt. Leary books were $1.99, and the Liaden books appear to be the same.

Yeah. I can see where when it's a two-for-one sale, it can be worth getting one kinda-sorta want to hear for the sale of getting another for free. But to blow two credits you could use on two books you really want to hear for three books of marginal interest? A poor value, IMO.

This sale actually includes two books from my wish list, though neither is high priority: Elephant Company: The Inspiring Story of an Unlikely Hero and the Animals Who Helped Him Save Lives in World War II and The Run of His Life: The People v. O.J. Simpson.

For suspense addicts, the mystery/thriller section has some good books (I've already listened to them, alas!), especially Night Film (a literary thriller), I Let You Go, and You Will Know Me.
