Just finishing my first tea of the day. I opened a new package of gunpowder green tea. I don't especially like most green teas, but this one is more like an Oolong.

Sadly, Friday I went for hospital cafeteria coffee. One of my neighbours ended in emergency after a fall. Us old folks are so fragile.

He's back home and doing well. A bit of damage around his knee but the doctors think that if he rests and takes it easy for a while, his knee should recover without needing surgery.

Much coffee today after the recovery whiskey last night. I do not like pumpkin spice, but now that the Christmas coffees are starting to arrive, I've been indulging in that.

I heard it takes over an acre of dried pumpkins to make 10lbs of pumpkin spice.

I have a strict rule about what I will eat that spiced pumpkin flavored: pumpkin pie, pumpkin cookie, and pumpkin roll. That is all.

Plain ol' Dunkin' Dark out of the Keurig this morning.
