Need to keep my blood sugar up - hence the Gatorade. It's ironic b/c I hate sugar, sugared drinks, etc. -- drink Gatorade Zero usually.

That's what the nurse told me after the procedure!

And, a bit of medical humor, I had an endoscopy and colonoscopy done today (top & bottom) - the nurse told me they referred to it as a "Double Dip" - I was not amused.

Perrier in my cup tonight ... no alcohol after anesthesia ...

For whatever reason my first colonoscopy wasn't "clean" so these days I do a two day fast to prepare. Ugh.

Just starting my last tea of the day.
I had a similar problem with my first - so I did a week with fiber free foods and a daily dose of Miralax, 3 days of soft food with magnesium citrate laxative, and clear liquids only on the day before the procedures. I was cleaned out but good.

I never want to see a bottle of lemon-lime Gatorade again!

Perrier tonight ... (really want some Guinness)

Sorry about that. It can be an acquired taste. This one's probably not a traditional Gose, but more in line with a sour (as are most made by Urban Artifact). Think Sea Quench Ale from Dogfish Head, but not quite as much pucker.

Coke Zero Sugar at the moment.

The only gose I've tried was in a local Irish pub (Wild Irish Gose). Not bad but not sure if it was worth the price.
