Sorry but I'm going to need you to recheck the device version. There is no N149. The Clara HD is N249 while the Glo is N613. You should be able to see the information on the edge of the device where the USB port is located. The black on black printing is a pain to read.

I am currently trying to restore my Kobo Touch N613, but I need a firmware image to manually flash onto the device. Unfortunately, my eReader does not turn on, and I can only transfer files by accessing the internal memory via a card reader.

I would greatly appreciate it if someone could provide me with a working firmware image or direct me to a reliable source where I can download one. If you have an archive or a backup of the system files, please let me know.
