A generic, but tasty roasted oolong from Kroger's private label, "Private Selection." Their herbal teas are really good (I'm particularly fond of the "Chocolate Mint") and the regular teas are better than most brands available in grocery stores.

There are (I occasionally buy online from Ten Ren and Harney & Sons, both of whom are currently shipping), so things would have to get a lot worse before I'm truly at risk of running out. Somewhere along the line, though, I started to associate the tea purchasing experience with import grocery stores, the more grey market, the better.

Yes, I used to get direct shipments of truly wonderful Keemuns direct from China. Given the political and epidemiological world we live in right now, I suspect that's not possible.

After 4 hours working remotely over Teams with a non-IT person to get some deployments started, I'm having a very LARGE Talisker!

In my particular office in my firm (we are statewide), I double as IT. I am so over working on Teams with people who cannot even figure out how to share screen.

Sigh. I feel your pain.

This was worse -- she was trying to fix a deployment problem and it was in the BIOS of the laptop. Which she couldn't show because there was no way to see the screen of the laptop. She tried to show it, but the glare off the laptop screen made it impossible. (Camera was on her Mac laptop. )

We got through it, but it was painful. I love Teams, and it has given them the ability to do things during this pandemic that would have been difficult without the tools that MS 365 has given them. But I hate trying to troubleshoot hardware problems remotely!

This isn't really a problem with Teams as such, but my current project includes an embedded UI. It turns out that my company-provided web camera helpfully flips video left-to-right because people apparently expect to see themselves in a mirror. That makes reading text in the UI during a demo somewhat challenging.

I cannot imagine trying to troubleshoot anything in BIOS like that. This is why, for all of my love of technology, my court files and my planner/daybook will ALWAYS be on paper.
