Rooibos drinkers, I have got a question for you.

How long to you brew it?
Nothing But Tea advise 7-10 minutes, but they say 10 minutes for chamomile too, while some of guys here brew it for 20-30 minutes?

Btw., how do You (you, who brew tea for 20-30 minutes) manage to keep it hot for so long?

I cannot say U like a standard Rooibos, what I drink at the moment. However, rooibos raspberry&vanilla was much better. It was not only tolerable but very good. I am talking about tea leaves, not tea bags of course.

So what exactly is Rooibos-what distinguishes it from ordinary tea?

I steep my Rooibos for five minutes using water that is 208 degrees Farenheight (sp). I have a cast iron pot and a cast iron pot warmer. One small tealight candle keeps the pot warmer hot for about 4 hours which helps keep the tea at a nice temperature.

I have finished my second pot of Rooibos Lemon (resteep). So that is 5 cups of tea. I had a Dr. Pepper with lunch and am brewing a pot of Sweet Oolong Revolution (teavana).
