Hi. brucelee, thanks for you job. In 626&630 all work great!
But, in PB623/Touch 2 (FW 4.4.614) OTA-update not work. After downloading updates - empty folders. Manually it works (via PC).

Strange. I didn't change anything related to OTA in a while.

Create a crlog.ini file in system/share/cr3/ containing:

crengine.log.filename=stdout
crengine.log.level=TRACE

This will cause the app to dump a lot of info to system/cr3-pb.normal.log. Maybe there will be a clue regarding the issue.

After running an OTA update with this log config so you get the info dump, you should remove system/share/cr3/crlog.ini.
If you don't remove it you'll see that the app will be slower and it will drain the battery faster as it will continuously write a lot of text in that file.

an issue and some qustions:

• When the the reader goes into screensaver or suspends and I wake it up again, it reproducibly returns to a past page, maybe the page I last opened cr3. This is not always but most of the time. Is this a known issue? This is v0.0.6-17-45 on W626.5.9.296
  
• question: What is the logic behind what is in "reading menu" and what is in "main menu"?
• is there a shortcut from one to the other? or do we have to always go back to the book view?

That never happened to me: v0.0.6-17-45.1 with W626.5.9.458

That's how it was made by the previous developers.

Hi brucelee,

about the ToC with the larger entries: On my TL2 with FW 5.9 the little plus signs next to collapsed items are still very tiny and cannot be selected without going to that chapter. Is there a way to make them bigger? Otherwise there is no point in having larger items.

From time to time I have books with indented entries in the TOC or in the text where the right side gets cut off. That is, Coolreader cuts off some letters or words. Any idea why that happens? Other reader software deals with the same books just fine and puts the words into the next line.
What CSS should I look out for if I want to edit those books?

No idea. If it's in the TOC it might not be related to CR3 since the TOC is a system app.

Sorry, I meant the TOC at the beginning of the book, so that would be part of the text.
