I did finish the second Lauren Abrams book and loved it even more than the first. It's her characters and her writing, she writes about young[ish] people, but it's intelligent, mature and at times witty and insightful. I highly recommend both books.

BTW, isn't Connie Mason one of your fave authors? Here's a freebie, To Tame a Renegade

I keep a separate acct, just to tie to paypal. Then fund and drain it from a second acct, at another bank (no charge for the transfers). But, I prefer purchases to hit the credit card, for the added protection (I have had stores overcharge, although not often, but hey - that's extra points for amazon cash ...).

Our bank charges $10 to wire money and you must know both account numbers. We only done it once with my in laws years ago. I do trust them just not my family. Moneypak only cost $4.95. PayPal cost even more to send money. They take it from the receiver. I get charge 2.9% plus $0.30 per transaction. I've tried in the past to get my account downgraded to personal but they wont do it. I no longer sell on ebay. I don't need a Premier account.

I use a Green Dot card by Walmart. I can load it for $3 at any Walmart or via internet for $2.95 from another credit card or via Moneypak. So I have my own Card and it's not tied to any bank account. I think this it's the safest method for us.

BTW, if anybody's been waffling about either of these 2 books that are on sale right now, I'll throw my 2 cents out there.

I would buy 'Beauty from Pain' by Georgia Cates, I'm reading it now and definitely say it's worth $1 it's on sale for.

I would NOT buy Forever Black by Sandi Lynn, I read it a couple weeks ago and IMO it was almost a DNF.

Not sure if I should post this or not, but I'm doing so just in case someone was wanting to read this book. Apparently it's getting pulled tomorrow. Until I Break by M. Leighton

I admit I bought it because I liked her Bad Boys series. However I was not prepared for the intense [at times VERY] BDSM subject matter. It was labelled as romantic adult contemporary, nowhere did I read or glean the fact that BDSM, and even violence to a degree, was a major focus of the book. and that is my only comment about it.

Anyways, just wanted to post in case anybody was interested in buying it before it's pulled.
