I would give it a mixed review too. Her writing is so... different. At times I really like it, other times, not so much, and yes this is during the course of one book! She makes me scratch my head and I can't really decide how I feel about her writing. I did buy Damaged and read it, it was ok and the story's been done before, and a bit of a cliffhanger for book 2, which I hate not knowing going in. I read the 2 books of the Scandalous series and I really liked them, VERY original storyline, but again, her writing style is very different and I can't explain it. Maybe I shouldn't have bothered posting! LOL

This is one trope I don't read. The Student/Teacher romance really bothers me. I don't know why.

Wow, was going through new releases and this book Real by Katy Evans just seems to be the best thing since sliced bread according to everything I've seen in the short time it's been out. I'm debating on just buying it before it jumps in price. [$4 now] Goodreads has it at 4.53 with over 2000 reviews already.

Anybody here read it yet?

Tessa Dare's first book in her Spindle Cove series is on sale today for $0.99. This series is fantastic if you like Regency romance, it's humorous, yet angsty, which is a hard balance to get right.
