Coffee. So. Much. Cofee. The kittens are teething so they are cranky and chewing on lots of things... mostly our feet through the blanket in the middle of the night.

this is my second shot of expresso; it's been a rough morning. 'have to simplify my life 'cause of aggravated injuries--pulled rotator cuffs.

it's ok. day by day, in every way, i'm getting better and better.

Sigh. This is the second day I'm experimenting with halving my intake. I don't sleep. Maybe cutting back on the caffeine? But a cup of blistering dark roast first thing in the morning is frequently the best moment of the day, and it's certainly one of the great sensual pleasures.
