I remember those days and do not wish to ever do them again.

Good luck!

Just picked up a copy of Wreck-it Ralph. It's been a long time since Disney released a movie that I felt was worth owning. In fact I like this movie so much that I bought the four disc version (3D, Blu-Ray, DVD, and Digital Copy)... I don't actually own a 3D TV, but it was only $5 more than the regular Blu-Ray edition, which didn't have a digital copy.

Have 3D TVs gone out f style again? It seems like every 10 years we are subjected to the 3D TV and then they seem to disappear.

I think we're in the "throw everything at the wall and see what sticks" era of TVs. 3D, SmartTVs, 21/9 "ultra widescreen", and multiple "4K" formats.

I get newsletters from Stratfor to my mailbox and notice that there's a share button to social media but nothing for devices. The usual ones where I can access online. Now most use their Kobo with wifi off to preserve battery so I want my reading material offline while I slog though it while on stationary bike. Here's the code for embed:
"<a href="http://www.stratfor.com/weekly/geopolitics-syrian-civil-war">The Geopolitics of the Syrian Civil War</a> is republished with permission of Stratfor."
Wouldn't it be nice to have a Scribd button or Overdrive in the list of options for reading directly attached to the item w/o having to use a cloud option.

33 degrees is a bit warm for my tastes. 24 is plenty warm, unless I'm going for a swim.

Right now it's a dry 33°. In another two months it will be about 2115% humidity and a few degrees warmer too. But come the middle of April, and the Thai New Year... A week-long nation-wide WATER FIGHT! People throwing buckets of water at each other, shooting water guns, 'SuperSoakers,' and hoses at everyone who comes within range. COLD water.... It's wonderful! City centers are bumper-to-bumper with cars and trucks throwing water back at the people lining the streets. Great fun... unless you are dressed to go to work, that is.

A dry 30 to 33C is perfect weather for me.

Stitchawl - The water throwing is a tradition? Where did it originate and why?

Not me, but then I believe I do have some polar bear DNA in my genetic makeup.

I'm sitting in my kitchen with all 4 burners going. It was 46 degrees F in my house when I got home . My electric went out on Wednesday morning at 6 am and it's still not back. I have a gas fireplace in the family room but that's an addition on the back with no insulation in the ceiling so the heat doesn't travel far. I was supposed to get power back last night and now they say tonight. I hope so. I'm also trying to warm up my kitty - she's an old lady of 15 so I worry about her, but at least she has a fur coat. I'm in Pennsylvania where the ice took down a lot of trees and lines.

Purple Lady - Stay safe! When I lived in Ohio I had an apartment with a gas range - which was my heating device when we lost power in the winter blizzards. If your cat begins to shiver - she is too cold - stuff her under your coat/sweater for your body heat. Otherwise she should be fine.
Fingers crossed for your power to return.

Thanks. She isn't shivering, but I still worry. She gets medicine three times a day and it's transdermal so that makes her ears a little cold because it's gel rubbed inside her ears. When I clean her ears normally that leaves them wet so I have to be careful.
