Hello,
Could you plase send an image of Aura HD. Can't get it to show any change on the screen. Battery is full, screen does not appear broken. I don't know the light codes. Cannot make the screen to change. Tried manual factory reset, atleast I think so.

Can you help me again please?
Hi can I ask you for an image for a N250? And something strange is wrong with the ereader how does it behave when switching on? Does the led light up? Becouse my N250 wont start up any more.

The Aura N514 does not have removable internal storage so no image is available. People have used a N250 Aura H2O image copied to a µSD card and booted from that card in the external µSD card slot. See message #124 in this thread for one user's experience.
