Just found Ardbeg 10 year at my local spirituous liquor shop ... it has fantastic reviews for being "the peatiest, smokiest, most complex single malt of them all."

Second tea of the day.

I was just at the Asian market. They have a full aisle devoted to tea. Most are fairly (to very) expensive. They used to have a large selection of inexpensive tea from China in rectangular metal canisters, but the past few times I've been there they've been disappearing. But, they have added more inexpensive selections from Taiwan and Japan.

I just opened some Tsui Yu Oolong tea from Taiwan.* It's very good, but the first time I made it, yesterday, I used too much tea. Today I used just a bit less than 2 teaspoons for the pot and it's much better.


* It's "JustMake" brand. I found it on Amazon after I got home. It's a lot less expensive at the Asian market.
