That's a great idea! I'll bet there's no spillover in that urinal!

Some Japanese company, I believe, came up with the idea of putting a decorative fly in the urinal. Everyone tries to drown it; the idea being no messy floors and walls. from what I've heard, it works.

Years ago I read a tip on toilet-training boys - the mom drained the bowl, painted a bulls-eye target on the back below the water line, and then re-filled the bowl. Then she set up a contest between her 2 sons. Claimed it worked.

It was in the Netherlands. Some janitor noticed that urinals with a floating cigarette butt were cleaner around the perimeter. He figured it was a subconcious aiming contest just like writing one's name in the snow. The outfit he worked for decided to try out different targets and went with a fly motif glaze incoporated in the pottery... The clever device saves bundles in cleaning costs.
