How can they possibly know that what was pasted was a conversation that actually happened, let alone that you were actually a participant? Anyone can make up an authentic-looking screenshot with fake text and user names.

With all due respect, that's meaningless; I can sit here all damned day long and modify the "colors" on my site, or text, using Developer Tools and then what? That content is NOT there. It's something that I did, at my end ONLY unless/until it's properly implemented. I mean...tell me that they did NOT send your company something created using DEVELOPER TOOLS!??? Lord, for every single thing one posts, all day, every day? Pah. There's obviously a great amount more to this story. You said something somewhere on social media. This person disagreed with you and either said that on that same social media (or didn't) and then pasted a screencap of your ALLEGED content, and you're the one in trouble. Either your company is giving the Dilbert company a run for its money or....something.

I realize that everybody has to eat, and it's easy for those NOT you to say "well, do this, that..." and all--when they're saying that sight unseen and all that trash, but still...if the screencap with your ALLEGED content is not yours--if it's faked, then...you GOTTA stand up. What you posted to Paul is FAKE, not a real post. That would be where I started. FWIW, and again, I realize that advice is easy and implementation, not so much.

I had great success in ridding our home of a minor (but thoroughly annoying and embarrassing) flea infestation several years ago by using a flea trap. It was essentially a night light on a small tripod maybe three inches tall above a glue trap. I set it up outside the dog's crate. Use it at night, and make sure the room is as dark as you can make it. The fleas jump towards the light, fall on the glue trap, and that's it. Replace the glue trap the next day until the fleas are gone.

It also works for crickets and other bugs.

I got the gist about asexuality and its spectrum. there was like graphs and charts explaining about asexuality from ace people.

but information about aromantic people, it just seems like there is no charts and graphs about them.

like I want to know examples about how aromantic people think.

there is examples about how asexuality people think. but nothing about aromantic people.

Thank’s for posting that, I will be making some of these traps, I think I have fleas on my office, yesterday after lunch I had some itching on my leg and noticed several red spots, I thought I had been bitten by a mosquito, it looked to be a famished one because I had 5 bites.

When I arrived home I had itching again in my leg, so I looked and now I had 7 bites in one leg and 5 on another, and I started thinking this is no mosquito bites this looks like fleas, and since I seem to be bitten while at work they hat least are not in my home. Today I whore pants hoping to protect my legs, but the fabric rubbing against the bites makes me itch, I had to put on flip fops because all my shoes rub against the bites on my ankles.

I don’t have pets, we never had animals on the office and my boss also doesn’t have pets so not sure how they appeared.

Thankfully, after putting the flea-killer on the cats and powdering the carpet (they were not happy locked up in the bathroom...) I haven't seen any more sign of fleas. Hopefully building owners will flea-bomb the hallways before more sneak in though.

And the saga of the blocked door continues.

Last Sunday I returned home from staying with my sister just before 11 am. To find the side door yet again blocked by a table and chairs. The council had said they would contact the restaurant, but the restaurant obviously didn't care. Since I got the phone call from the council the situation hasn't changed.

So I took a bunch of photos, highlighted on them where the markers on the sidewalk are that delineate the border of where they are allowed to put their outdoor furniture. Just for measure I also took a photo a bit back showing how the branches of the trees on the other side also block the door. The council said they couldn't do anything about that because the tubs the trees are planted in are on their own side.

On Thursday morning I took my bike out, because I was meeting with my sister later. I took it out before the tables and chairs were put out, so I didn't have the annoyance of having to clear my path. When I got home that afternoon I didn't even look if I could put my bike inside, it was busy at the outdoor seating of other cafés and restaurants so I just parked my bike in the store.

However, yesterday morning when I took my bike to the side entrance the two trees were moved back and the branches weren't blocking the door anymore. It seems that my photos convinced the council that they could talk to that restaurant about the trees. I did forget to check yesterday afternoon to see how the tables and chairs were placed. Next week the weather is good, so I can see how the situation is both with and without customers.

Think of all the opportunities for new drama. A new boss, living with her sister for an extended period, commuting to work, the people Rumple will be working with, a chance to run into the real world version of the Bastard Operator From Hell, etc.
