Exceedingly close...so close you rang the "Let's go shopping!" bell on the Numberwang board. So close it would be pedantically petty of me (and thus not something I would do unless it was to my distinct advantage) to say that it wasn't "on being asked to give a yes or no answer", and was on Yes, Prime Minister, and therefore elect not give you a position in cabinet as Chief Minister of Game Shows and Political Satire (I'm not actually authorised to do this, but let's see if we can sneak it past our Queen Zee [cough]not bloody likely[cough]).

It's a possibility, but I'm only trying to do that with books I have as ebooks AND that the yeti doesn't want to read. Which means I've got rid of, um, practically none...

I'm trying to calm down after one of my birds had a random freak-out and flew into the kitchen (where he is NOT allowed). I had a panic-stricken few moments when I thought he'd falled behind the refrigerator but a confused "Peep?" let me know he'd landed on top of the cupboards instead and was waiting for me to carry him back to his cage. I don't know which of us was more flustered.
